1. Open your web browser and go to the S4Success website (www.s4s-surveys.com). On the login page, enter your assigned username in the Username field.
2. Then enter your Password
3. Click Login
4. If you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password to reset it. For detailed instructions, watch the password reset tutorial video.
5. After entering your credentials, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email. This example email shows the OTP. Check your junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
6. Enter the OTP number, then click Verify Code.
7. Once logged in, you’ll land on the Workflow page, showing all clients entered into S4Success. You can sort this list by filters such as name, email, facility (if multiple exist), or intake date.
8. You can view your client list in several ways. Select the number of rows per page to display, which can be useful when exporting the list.
9. Choose from 5, 10, 15, or All rows per page. You can also click the next page icon to view additional client profiles.
10. From the Workflow page, you can add a new client profile. For step-by-step instructions, watch the tutorial on creating a client profile.
11. To find a specific client, type their first or last name in the search field and press Enter.
12. To access a client profile, click on the blue arrow icon
13. You can also click the blue pencil icon to open the client profile with the edit function active.
14. To archive a client profile, contact the S4Success team.
15. To open the sidebar menu, click the three stacked lines on the left side of the screen
16. When a client has automated messaging enabled on their profile, those options will appear in the sidebar menu. To learn how to activate or deactivate automated messaging, refer to the tutorial video on this topic.
17. When automated messaging is inactive, those options will not appear in the sidebar. Note: Client Info, Client Success, and Client Clinical Report will open the last client profile you accessed.
18. Before exporting a client list, choose how many rows per page to view, sort the list as desired, and select your export file type. Available options include CSV.

21. When finished using S4Success, log out by clicking the top right icon and selecting Logout. This helps ensure all client data and your client list remain secure and confidential.
22. If the system detects 20 minutes of inactivity, a 5-minute timer will appear asking if you’re still active. If no action is taken, S4Success will automatically log you out.

7. Provider Staff credentials are the most limited in S4Success. You can only view the client list, success reports, and automated messaging plans, and export this information.
